Kailen is a Certified Master Love, Life and Relationship Coach with specialized training in Spiritual Psychology, Addictions, and Relationships. Prior to her acclaim as a Relationship Expert, Kailen spent over 10 years as a successful print and broadcast model, and quickly realized that people were placing too much importance on their outer beauty versus inner beauty, leaving them lost, and ultimately unhappy. Because of her own journey through difficult life experiences and her heart-felt desire to make a difference in how people experience life, Kailen changed her professional direction. 18 years ago she founded Kailen Inc., a self-image consulting firm focused on teaching people to find their own beauty from the ‘inside out’. From this, tremendous success came to her clients – from weight loss, to the loss of an unhealthy relationship, to mending unhappy marriages, to finding one’s soulmate. Today, her extensive success and knowledge comes from her continued personal and formal studies, as well as her own remarkable real-life experiences and gift of spiritual wisdom. |

She has over 23 years of experience in management and leadership development in various companies including Macy’s, Gap, and Banana Republic. Gwen is a former client of Love and Life Architects and has been married for 21 years to the love of her life; together they have four grown children. Gwen is passionate about healthy relationships and is undergoing specialized training in Spiritual Psychology and Addictions. She is a passionate volunteer for organizations involving families, women and children and is a natural leader. |

Michelle Yelich – Vice President of Corporate and Client RelationsMichelle has a B.A. in Marketing and Communications from the University of St. Thomas. She brings more than a decade of experience having worked as an Executive for J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, and Campbell-Mithun. Michelle plays the role of business to business ambassador and dynamic gatekeeper to The Love Architects™. She is the mother of two children and she is passionate about helping people move toward healthy relationships and creating dynamic corporate partnerships for the firm and its clientele. |

Mr. Tim Quinn – ‘Master Beauty Designer’ / Celebrity Makeup Artist / Hollywood’s “Beauty Tsar”Tim, a dear friend of Kailen’s and fellow supporter of bringing beauty and happiness into people’s lives, trained in Milan alongside world-renown Makeup Artist Pat McGrath.
