Kailen Rosenberg - President/Founder 'Master Architect' Love and Life

Kailen is a nationally respected Relationship Expert and Celebrity Life Coach and Matchmaker. She has worked with some of the country's top CEO's, celebrities, and is called upon by local and national media for her advice. Kailen is a Certified Master Love, Life and Relationship Coach with specialized training in Spiritual Psychology, Addictions, and Relationships. Prior to her acclaim as a Relationship Expert, Kailen spent over 10 years as a successful print and broadcast model, and quickly realized that people were placing too much importance on their outer beauty versus inner beauty, leaving them lost, and ultimately unhappy. Because of her own journey through difficult life experiences and her heart-felt desire to make a difference in how people experience life, Kailen changed her professional direction. 18 years ago she founded Kailen Inc., a self-image consulting firm focused on teaching people to find their own beauty from the 'inside out'. From this, tremendous success came to her clients - from weight loss, to the loss of an unhealthy relationship, to mending unhappy marriages, to finding one's soul mate. Today, her extensive success and knowledge comes from her continued personal and formal studies, as well as her own remarkable real-life experiences and gift of spiritual wisdom.

Kary Kruger - 'Senior Love Designer / Architect'

Kary has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in Communications. She brings more than a decade of experience in business development, management and volunteerism to the firm. Kary has been happily married for 23 years to the love of her life, Mark, and they have four children. Kary sees herself as as a 'Recruiter and Networker for Love'.  Men and women alike trust her in the 'Love Shopping™' process.  Kary plays the role of 'Momma Bear' at the firm and she is passionate about connecting soulmates, wellness, the firm's clients, and its commitment to philanthropic giving.

Janie Norby - 'Lead Love Architect'

Janie has a Master's Degree in Education from National Louis University and a B.A. in Public Relations from Drake University.  Janie is married to her college sweetheart Craig, is the mother of 3, and is a dedicated advocate for Cystic Fibrosis.  She has a special place in her heart for people and a passion for guiding them to healthy relationships. Janie is the "let's keep it real and cut to the chase" balancing force at the firm.  She is enthusiastic, insightful and grounded - she tells it like it is and knows how to bring a reality check when needed to the love design process.

Brage Hanson - 'Love Design'

Brage has a B.A. in Social Work from Bethel University and a passion for making a difference in other people's lives. She has worked in the field of social work and also has a wealth of experience as a professional in the corporate financial world. Brage found Kai-len Love and Life Architects™ (Global Love Mergers) six years ago when she was approached by a personal Representative, seeking a soul mate on behalf of an elite client. Brage and the client met, fell in love and were married two years later. Today they have a beautiful daughter and together share two wonderful sons.

Michelle Yelich - Vice President of Corporate and Client Relations

Michelle has a B.A. in Marketing and Communications from the University of St. Thomas.  She brings more than a decade of experience having worked as an Executive for J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, and Campbell-Mithun.  Michelle plays the role of business to business ambassador and dynamic gatekeeper to The Love Architects™.   She is the mother of two children and she is passionate about helping people move toward healthy relationships and creating dynamic corporate partnerships for the firm and its clientele.

Kelsey Durken - 'Lead Love Life Concierge'

Kelsey has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Art Institutes International Minnesota with an educational emphasis in Management and Consumer Psychology.  She is intrigued by relationship architecture and human behavior, and she is passionate about life-long learning and new experiences. Kelsey is the "office glue" at Love and Life Architects assisting in marketing, administrative projects, special events and client services.  She is eager to help and quick to find the positives in life.

Mr. Tim Quinn - 'Master Beauty Designer' / Celebrity Makeup Artist / Hollywood's "Beauty Tsar"

Tim, a dear friend of Kailen's and fellow supporter of bringing beauty and happiness into people's lives, trained in Milan alongside world-renown Makeup Artist Pat McGrath. He later joined Giorgio Armani as the U.S. front-man for Giorgio Armani Beauty. Tim's words of wisdom have graced the pages of Harper's Bazaar, W, Elle, Glamour, More, Lucky, InStyle and Cosmopolitan. He has worked behind the scenes at the Academy Awards, The Golden Globes and the ESPYs and has been featured numerous times on the Today Show, Extra, and E! Entertainment. Tim works closely with a number of celebrities including Uma Thurman, Kerry Washington, Victoria Beckham, Gwen Stefani, Kim Cattrall, Kate Bosworth, Minnie Driver, Brooke Shields and more.

Dr. Brenda Schaeffer - 'Healthy Mind Design'

More than a world-renowned psychologist, and New York Times Best-Selling author, Brenda Schaeffer D.Min., M.A.L.P., C.A.S., is a dear friend of Kailen's and the friend next door you don't mind telling your secrets to. She is a licensed psychologist, a certified addiction specialist, and holds a Doctorate in Spiritual Psychology. She has extensive training and experience in a number of psychologies and is passionate about making a difference in the world.
