Jen’s approach is based on the knowledge that all humans are hard-wired for connection. Building off a foundation of self-awareness and self-love, Jen shifts her clients from a state of reactivity and avoidance to a life of healing and intention.

Jen is a thought leader and motivator in Personal & Relational growth, development, and evolution. She holds degrees in Psychology, Recreation, with an emphasis on experiential education and Psychotherapy. Jen brings over a decade of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

A passionate lifelong learner, Jen has completed advanced training in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, Post-Induction Therapy: Healing Relationship Trauma (The Meadows Model), the Onsite Experimental Training Institute: Experimental Therapy and psychodrama, EMDR (Eye Monument Desensitization & Reprocessing), the Advanced Internal Relational Network (AIR Network), and Relational Life Therapy Level 1.

A dear friend, associate, and favorite of Kailen, Jen is known for her intuitive and direct approach with clients. She sees in systems theory and has used that sight to become an expert in the human experience/condition.
